It is the story of the witches of Hambone, a small village in the valley of the Ebhoman River, which flows down from the mountains. Harriet, the local witch is having a difficult time with the villagers. She asks the parents of Tanya if she can teach her the craft of the witches. When she is not at school, they agree to let Harriet teach Tanya, causing hostility against Tanya and her parents. However, they overcome the problems and turn the village back to prosperity. Tanya and her friend Patricia have their birthdays on different days, two days apart. They hold a joint birthday party on the day in between their actual birthdays. The day turns out to be a pivotal point in the story, when a vengeful witch reincarnates herself and tries to destroy the village and surrounding area. NOW, Tanya thought, as she worked up her spells, she sent two very large fireballs directly at Agoria, who somehow diverted them down to the ground on either side of her. Tanya had given her position away, so she stepped out into the street, with the two cats at her sides, rubbing against her legs, giving more power. Agoria gave out that awful cackling laugh and said. “I have you now Tanya, you will perish here today and never return.” As she said this she fired two large fireballs at Tanya, who casually brushed them aside. The Witches of Hambone Part Five Angela & Carol Meet the Nastacians by Norman F Tate Angela trained a young girl named Carol and taught her everything she could. Carol grows to womanhood and was now a great asset to all. She was now in a situation of having her powers and her skills tested by a trip to Saggybottom where the Nastacians have turned up from the other side of the mountains. They were once again trying to enslave the small community of Dokumen who set up Saggybottom and prospered in their new lands. Angela has a bew black cat named Oliver and new blackbird named Max. Carol has a blackbird named Sam, who is the son of Max. Carol's cat came from Tanya's farm and is called Andrew. They travel to Saggybottom to confront the Nastacians and try to come to terms with them and find out if they wish to establish themselves in the Ebhoman Valley area. If they do not wish to live peacefully this side of the mountains, Angela and Carol will have a difficult job persuading them to return to their own land of Kardacia, on the other side of the mountains....Click for more details

Muddledydo by Norman F Tate The story of an accident prone witch for children and young adults. She is a brilliant witch and helps everyone who needs her help; but when it comes to herself, whatever she turns her hand to for her own good, goes against her. All sorts of crazy things happen to her, like when she is travelling at supersonic speeds on her broomstick, it breaks down and she crashes. Not hurt in the accident, (obviously being a witch) she is confronted by an angry bull, whose field she has landed in!!!!!!!!!!! Sillybeth after Muddledydo by Norman F Tate In the event of Muddledydo resigning her post as the village witch, and marrying the landlord of the local inn, it left a vacancy for a village witch. Word was sent around the lands, far and wide, advertising the fact that there was a vacancy in the village of Simpleton, for a witch, whose duties would be the usual thing of looking after the locals and their families, plus the farmers and their animals, etc. etc. It did not take long before the villagers received word of several witches most of them young and newly qualified, who were looking for just such a post. To cut a short story, short, the village accepted the one they thought would best be suited for the post.
